Change of mind return (pasand na aana) accepted nahi hota — jab tak specifically offer na ho.
2️⃣ Return Timeframe

Return request 3–7 days ke andar submit ki jaani chahiye

7 days ke baad ki requests accept nahi hoti
3️⃣ Conditions for Return
Product:

Unused, unworn, aur original condition mein ho

Original packaging, tags, aur accessories sath hon

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) required hai
Skincare, makeup, intimate items, food supplements etc. hygiene reasons ki wajah se returnable nahi hotay (unless damaged/wrong product delivered).

Order number + parcel ki pictures / video share karein

Hamari team 24–48 hours mein review karegi

Approval ke baad courier pickup arrange kiya jayega ya aap self-drop kar sakte hain (depending on location)
5️⃣ Refund Policy
Refund sirf neeche ki situations mein milta hai:

Agar size ya color issue ho, aur product available ho to hum exchange provide karte hain.
