Aap apna order cancel kar sakte hain agar:

• Order abhi tak dispatch/shipped nahi hua

• Order processing stage mein ho

• Aap ne galat product, size, ya address enter kar diya ho

How to Cancel Your Order

Aap ne cancel karne ki request send karni hoti hai:

• WhatsApp / Phone: (Your Number)

• Email: (Your Store Email)

• Order number + reason mention karna zaroori hai.

Important Notes

• Shipped orders cancel nahi kiye ja sakte

• Un orders ke liye Return/Refund Policy apply hogi

• For COD orders, fake or repeated cancellations par future COD restriction lag sakti hai

2️⃣ Order Cancellation (By Store)

Hum apka order cancel kar sakte hain agar:

• Product out of stock ho

• Payment verify na ho

• Address/phone number invalid ho

• Fraud/fake order ka suspicion ho

• Technical pricing error ho (extremely low or incorrect price)

Aisi situations mein customer ko immediately notify kiya jata hai.

3️⃣ Refund on Cancellation

For Online Payments:

• Agar order shipping se pehle cancel ho jaye to full refund process ho jayega

• Refund same payment method mein jata hai (bank/JazzCash/Easypaisa/card)

• Bank processing time 1–7 business days hoti hai

For COD Orders:

• COD order cancellation par koi payment involve nahi hoti

• Agar customer ne mistakenly advance pay kiya ho to refund bank transfer ke zariye diya jata hai

4️⃣ Partial Cancellation

Agar order mein multiple items hain:

• Customer sirf specific product(s) cancel kar sakta hai

• Remaining items normal process ke mutabiq ship kiye jate hain

• Shipping charges adjust ho sakte hain (order value ke hisaab se)

5️⃣ Changes to Cancellation Policy

Hum apni cancellation policy kabhi bhi update kar sakte hain. Updated version website par post honay ke baad immediately effective ho jata hai.
