Agar customer bank transfer choose kare to:

  • Payment slip / screenshot share karna zaroori hai.

  • Verification ke baad order dispatch hota hai.

  • Wrong amount transfer ki zimmedari customer ki hogi.

Fraud prevention ke liye hum:

  • Phone/WhatsApp verification

  • Address confirmation

  • High-value orders ki advance payment

demand kar sakte hain.


6️⃣ Payment Security

  • Hum customer ke card details ya banking info store nahi karte.

  • Sare transactions verified third-party secure gateways se process hote hain.

  • Website SSL encrypted hoti hai jisse data safe rehta hai.


7️⃣ Payment Errors / Failed Transactions

Agar payment error ho to:

  • Aapka payment channel (bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash) automatically amount reverse kar deta hai

  • Reverse/refund timing unke rules ke mutabiq hoti hai (1–7 business days)

Store is process ko speed up nahi kar sakta kyunki yeh bank side ka mechanism hota hai.

Refunds ka complete procedure hamari Refund & Return Policy ke mutabiq hoga.

  • COD refunds bank account transfer ke zariye hotay hain.

  • Online payment refunds usi payment method mein jate hain jisse payment ki gayi ho (agar system allow kare).


9️⃣ Payment Confirmation

  • Payment confirm hote hi customer ko SMS/Email/WhatsApp ke through notification milta hai.

  • Agar 2–4 ghante mein update na mile to customer support se rabta karein.
